Behind Wildact we find Simone Mendelin and Jürg Eugster. We were both born and grew up in Switzerland and stayed in Zurich for our education. After working a couple of years in our professions, Jürg discovered the sleddogs during a half-year stay on a husky-farm in Finnland. The dogs and the nordic winter enchanted him and after his return also infected Simone. So we decided to rearrange our lives and start to have our own dogs.

After having found a new home on the countryside, we bought our first dogs. Living together with the pack and the work outdoors enriched our lives. As our pack grew to 11 dogs we realised that our future lies in the far north, in the homeland of the Huskies.

The beauty of nature and tho lonesomeness in the north still fascinates us. The bright summernights as well as the snowy winters.
